Exchange & Returns

EGOIST.GOLD accepts exchange and return requests for goods of proper quality under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

We arrange return and exchange logistics through Nova Poshta.

Exchange and return timeframes

A consumer may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Return shipping terms and method are agreed individually with our manager.

Returns of goods of proper quality

Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" provides two grounds for exchange or return:

  1. the product does not match the characteristics or quality stated by the manufacturer;
  2. the product meets all stated specifications but does not suit the consumer for personal reasons.

Return shipments are sent via Nova Poshta.

For a return of a good of proper quality to be accepted, the piece must meet the following conditions:

  • original packaging is intact and undamaged;
  • the full set of items is included;
  • no scratches, dents or other mechanical damage;
  • no signs of wear or use.

The return shipment must be sent no later than 14 days after delivery.

When returning a good of proper quality, return shipping is paid by the sender.

After we receive and inspect the piece, we refund payment within 3 business days using a method convenient for the consumer.

Claims regarding goods of improper quality

If a defect is found within the warranty period, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" grants the consumer the right to demand:

  • a proportional reduction in price;
  • free elimination of defects;
  • reimbursement of expenses incurred to eliminate defects.

If a defect cannot be repaired, the consumer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

The seller or manufacturer may refuse to fulfill these demands if they prove the defects resulted from the consumer's failure to follow use or storage rules. The consumer may participate in the quality inspection in person or through a representative.

Return shipping for a good of improper quality is paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

After inspection, we issue a refund within 3 business days using a method convenient for the consumer.

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", EGOIST.GOLD may refuse exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they fall under categories defined in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
