Delivery methods

We deliver orders by Nova Poshta courier to your address anywhere in Ukraine.

Shipping cost and terms are calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates.

Nova Poshta

Nova Poshta shipping starts from UAH 80, depending on weight and parcel size. If you choose cash on delivery, an additional UAH 20 + 2% of the order value applies for the money transfer back to us. Delivery takes 1–3 business days. We dispatch parcels daily. You will receive the tracking number by SMS.

Ukrposhta

Ukrposhta delivery is charged at the carrier's rates. This option is available with full prepayment only. Delivery within Ukraine takes 3–5 days; refunds may take a similar amount of time if you decline the purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment methods

Nova Poshta cash on delivery

Pay when you receive your order at a Nova Poshta branch or from the courier, according to the carrier's cash-on-delivery fees.

Bank transfer

Payment to our bank account. We send payment details after your order is confirmed.
